Understanding our philosophy
Our Guests are the stars of the set. We create the decor, the energy and the magic.
Children have a special role: they are the ambassadors of the future. Today's princes and princesses, tomorrow's kings and queens. Every MaGa carries responsibility for this experience.
Languages
Every MaGa must speak at least English and French.
Extra languages are a big plus: Dutch, Spanish, German, Arabic and other international languages.

Lead the Magic – Venue Manager
The Venue Manager is the ultimate MaGa overseer, responsible for the entire universe of Baccanalis.
Tasks:
- Strategic and operational leadership of the venue and all teams.
- Safeguarding guest experience, safety and quality across all experiences.
- Coaching and motivating MaGa's, monitoring badges and achievements in the MaGa framework.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales and reputation management.
- Safeguarding guest experience, implementing feedback loops, recognising and banning unworthy guests.
Important: You are the pivot of the magic and responsible for an unforgettable experience for every Guest.
Assistant GM – Apprentice Master of the Realm
Right hand of the Venue Manager, ensures everything runs smoothly and supports all teams.
Tasks:
- Operational support to the Venue Manager.
- Guiding MaGa's and specialist teams.
- Guiding children (our ambassadors of tomorrow) in their respective worlds.
- Facilitating kid-friendly experiences, rituals and challenges (incl. birthday parties).
- Monitoring progression in the MaGa framework.
- Flagging improvements in experience and guest satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing MaGa – Keeper of the Five Markets
Our marketers are the guardians of the five markets: BTC, BTB, BTS and Smerf. They combine sales, marketing and social media magic.
Tasks:
- Optimising and expanding distribution, with focus on direct online sales.
- Designing and executing joint promotions with partners.
- Creating and posting at least 5 social media posts per channel daily (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and vertical platforms for BTS/BTB).
- Creating video content: playing, filming and posting – magic in image and story.
Why this role: You are the face of Baccanalis to the market. You create magic on every platform and ensure our Guests have the best experience, both online and offline.
F&B MaGa – Bacchus / F&B Alchemist
Operator in bar and small kitchen, also a MaGa.
Tasks:
- Preparing and serving drinks and snacks with flair and experience.
- Interacting with Guests: explaining, playing and creating atmosphere.
- Basic IT skills for systems, POS and experience tools.
- Collaborating with other MaGa's in food & beverage, safeguarding experience and flow.
Bar MaGa
Bar staff are an essential part of the experience. A Bar MaGa is not just a bartender — they are an entertainer who serves drinks, guides Guests and explains experiences.
Tasks:
- Serve the bar and guide Guests.
- Explain experiences and contribute to the venue's atmosphere and magic.
- From age 16; social and outgoing; interest in games, entertainment and technology.
- Languages: at least French and English; other combinations welcome.
IT MaGa – Keeper of Systems & AI
Ensures all digital and technical systems run flawlessly.
Tasks:
- Maintaining systems, network and EAIP platform.
- Developing small code solutions, automation and AI integration.
- Supporting MaGa's with IT-related tasks in the experience.
Atmosphere MaGa – Keeper of the Venue
The Atmosphere MaGa ensures every Guest experiences the venue as if they were the first visitor of the day. Hygiene, order and atmosphere together create the magic of Baccanalis.
Tasks:
- Keep the entire venue permanently clean and safe.
- Check and clean all experiences between Guest use.
- Ensure all installations (VR headsets, simulators, climbing, interactive machines) function correctly.
- Morning/evening shifts, weekends and holidays — we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Children Care & Reputation MaGa – Keeper of the Five Children
Looks after children and guards reputation and experience. Facilitates kid-friendly experiences and maintains our online presence and joint promotions.
Tasks:
- Guide Oneiro, Ludi, Ma'at, Nike, Saraswati experiences.
- Facilitate kid-friendly experiences and safeguard guest experience.
- Support sales & marketing: online presence, joint promotions.
- Recognise and ban unworthy guests when needed.
